预清洗
Pre cleaning
由管道加热的高压溶剂通过高压喷淋管从1号溶剂储罐中喷出,并对清洗罐中的清洗件进行预清洗,以去除清洗件表面的污渍。喷洒后,溶剂将被直接蒸馏到蒸馏室中。蒸馏过程将杂质从溶剂中分离出来,并将污垢和杂质保留在蒸馏室内。清洁蒸馏室时,可使用污泥泵残留物。这些蒸馏的清洁溶剂和溶剂蒸汽将被冷凝并转移到2号溶剂储罐中进行后续清洗,清洗过程中也将使用该储罐。
The high-pressure solvent heated by the pipeline is sprayed from the No.1 solvent storage tank through a high-pressure spray pipe, and the cleaning parts in the cleaning tank are pre cleaned to remove stains on the surface of the cleaning parts. After spraying, the solvent will be directly distilled into the distillation chamber. The distillation process separates impurities from the solvent and retains dirt and impurities in the distillation chamber. When cleaning the distillation chamber, a sludge pump can be used to remove residues. These distilled cleaning solvents and solvent vapors will be condensed and transferred to the No.2 solvent storage tank for subsequent cleaning, which will also be used during the cleaning process.
