超声波清洗机部件损坏的检查要注意什么?

1.保险损坏
1. Insurance damage
在超声波清洗机开机后如发现无电源显示,无动作,要看电源座内保险是否损坏。
If there is no power display or action after the ultrasonic cleaning machine is turned on, first check if the fuse inside the power socket is damaged.
分析与判断:有可能是用户接地线与火线或零线混用,并没有接地(本机地线是与机器外壳相连接),还有可能是机器短路,元器件老化出现短路现象,导致保险损坏。
Analysis and judgment: It is possible that the user's grounding wire is mixed with the live or neutral wire and not grounded (the grounding wire of the machine is connected to the machine casing), or there may be a short circuit in the machine due to aging of components, resulting in damage to the insurance.
检测和:拿出保险丝看,有无断裂,用万用表通断档测量是否断开,更换新器件。
Detection and solution: Take out the fuse and check if it is broken. Use a multimeter to turn on and off the gear to measure if it is broken. Replace with a new component.
2.换能器损坏
2. Damaged transducer
分析与判断:可能因超声波清洗机长时间处于开机使用状态,温度会逐渐上升导致交替融化话能去脱落或话能去陶瓷部分断裂。
Analysis and judgment: It may be due to the ultrasonic cleaning machine being in the on state for a long time, and the temperature will gradually rise, resulting in alternating melting that can remove detachment or ceramic part fracture.
检测和:用摇表测量话能去的绝缘强度,绝缘强度在200惭以下,已无法使用,须换新的换能器。因换能器的内部陶瓷也会由于长期使用出现断裂,不能正常工作。
Detection and solution: Measure the insulation strength that can be removed using a shaking table. The insulation strength is below 200M and cannot be used anymore. A new transducer needs to be replaced. Due to long-term use, the internal ceramic of the transducer may also break and fail to function properly.
3.功率管损坏
3. Power tube damage
分析与判断:主板上的功率管会因为超声波清洗机长时间不间断使用,或清洗液太少长时间使用,功率管出现短路情况。
Analysis and judgment: The power transistor on the motherboard may experience short circuits due to prolonged uninterrupted use of the ultrasonic cleaning machine or prolonged use of too little cleaning solution.
检测和:档功率管在主板上连接时,用万用表测量功率管两侧管脚的阻值,正常情况下应在22左右,拿下功率管后(与主板断开连接),测量其各个管脚间应是不通的。
Detection and solution: When connecting the power transistor to the motherboard, use a multimeter to measure the resistance value of the pins on both sides of the power transistor. Normally, it should be around 22. After removing the power transistor (disconnected from the motherboard), measure that there should be no connection between its pins.
4.稳压管损坏
4. Damaged voltage regulator
分析与判断:稳压管的损坏一般是在功率管阻值小或短路后,开机造成的,本身极少损坏。
Analysis and judgment: The damage to the voltage regulator is generally caused by the power transistor's low resistance or short circuit when turned on, and the damage itself is extremely rare.
检测和:根据二极管特性,正向导通,反向截。用万用表二极管档测量,正向阻值70左右,反向∞。如数值偏差过大或正向阻值也是∞,更换新稳压管。
Detection and resolution: Based on the characteristics of the diode, conduct in the forward direction and cut off in the reverse direction. Using a multimeter diode range measurement, the forward resistance value is around 70 and the reverse resistance value is ∞. If the numerical deviation is too large or the positive resistance value is also ∞, replace the regulator with a new one.
5.桥的损坏(二极管整流电路)
5. Bridge damage (diode rectification circuit)
分析与判断:同稳压管状况
Analysis and judgment: Same as the condition of the voltage regulator
检测和:同样根据二极管特性(桥本身是由二极管组成),

6.控制板的损坏(可调超声波清洗机)
6. Damage to control board (adjustable ultrasonic cleaning machine)
分析与判断:长时间连续工作,元器件老化有关,或者有时会渗入清洗液有关。
Analysis and judgment: Long term continuous operation is related to component aging, or sometimes may be related to the infiltration of cleaning solution.
检测和:在机器不工作状态下,断开控制板与主板的连接,把主板通电,如机器工作,则表示控制板损坏,需要更换。
Detection and resolution: When the machine is not working, disconnect the control board from the motherboard and power on the motherboard. If the machine is working, it indicates that the control board is damaged and needs to be replaced.
7.电感、隔离变压器的损坏
7. Damage to inductors and isolation transformers
分析与判断:由于超声波清洗机长时间工作,电感、变压器属于散热元件,其本身有可能会因温度过高二融化、烧毁,造成短路。
Analysis and judgment: Due to the long-term operation of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, the inductor and transformer are cooling components, which may melt or burn out due to high temperature, causing a short circuit.
检测和:电感、变压器的损坏,大多数情况下直观能看出烧坏的痕迹,更换新器件。
Detection and resolution: Damage to inductors and transformers, in most cases, visible signs of burning, should be replaced with new components.
