超声波清洗机的故障以及方案

1、换能器受损:
1. Damaged transducer:
分析:很有可能超声波清洗机因长期处于开机使用情况,温度会不断上升造成胶体熔化换能器剥落或换能器陶瓷部分破裂。
Analysis: It is highly likely that the ultrasonic cleaning machine, due to long-term use on the machine, will experience continuous temperature rise, causing the colloid to melt and the transducer to peel off or the ceramic part of the transducer to rupture.
检测和处理:用摇表测量换能器的绝缘强度,绝缘强度在200惭Ω下列已不能使用,须更换新的换能器。
Detection and processing: Measure the insulation strength of the transducer with a shaking table. Insulation strength below 200M Ω is no longer usable and a new transducer must be replaced.
换能器的内部陶瓷也会因为长时间使用产生破裂,使之无法正常工作。
The internal ceramic of the transducer may also rupture due to prolonged use, making it unable to function properly.
2、超声波清洗机的保险受损:
2. The insurance of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is damaged:
在开机后若发现无开关电源表明,无动作,要考虑开关电源座内保险是不是受损。
If no switch power supply is found after startup, it indicates no action. First, consider whether the fuse inside the switch power supply socket is damaged.
分析:很有可能是用户接地线与火线或零线混合使用,并没接地(本机地线是和机器外壳相连接),也有可能是超声波清洗机短路故障,电子元器件老化产生短路故障,造成保险受损。
Analysis: It is highly likely that the user's grounding wire is mixed with the live or neutral wire and not grounded (the grounding wire of the machine is connected to the machine casing), or it may be a short circuit fault caused by the ultrasonic cleaning machine, aging electronic components, and causing damage to the insurance.
检测和处理:取出保险观看,有没有破裂,使用万用表通断档测量是不是断开,进行更换器件。
Detection and processing: Take out the insurance and observe if it is broken. Use a multimeter to measure whether it is disconnected and replace the components.
3、超声波清洗机的功率管毁坏:
3. The power tube of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is damaged:
分析:主板上的功率管会由于超声波清洗机长期无间断使用或清洗液体太少长期使用,使功率管出现短路状况。
Analysis: The power transistor on the motherboard may experience short circuits due to long-term uninterrupted use of the ultrasonic cleaning machine or insufficient cleaning liquid.
检测和:当功率管在主板上连接式,用万用表测量功率管两侧管脚的阻值,通常情况下需在22Ω以内。拿到功率管后(与主板断开连接),测量其各个管脚间应该是不通的。
Detection and solution: When the power transistor is connected to the motherboard, use a multimeter to measure the resistance value of the pins on both sides of the power transistor, which usually needs to be within 22 Ω. After obtaining the power transistor (disconnected from the motherboard), it should be measured that there is no connection between its various pins.
