清洗工业零部件用的步进式清洗机的原因?

进式输送清洗机,用于清洗外壳零件。清洗工件放在托盘(或料筐)上,输送采用脚爪移动步进。每个托盘可以放置两个工件。差速器壳清洗时有内腔清洗工位,探头上下扫描清洗。当清洗其他工件时,探头不动,但底部旋转喷嘴移动。本机由2台笔尝颁控制,清洗不同工件时,选择不同的清洗程序。除人工装卸外,其余均自动完成。车站布局如下:
Feed conveyor cleaning machine, used for cleaning shell parts. The workpiece to be cleaned shall be placed on the pallet (or basket), and the transportation shall be carried out by means of claw moving step. Each pallet can hold two pieces. When cleaning the differential case, there is an inner cavity cleaning station, and the probe scans up and down for cleaning. When cleaning other workpieces, the probe does not move, but the bottom rotating nozzle moves. This machine is controlled by two PLC. When cleaning different workpieces, different cleaning programs are selected. Except manual loading and unloading, the rest are automatically completed. The station layout is as follows:
1.工位:送料工位,工件由人工吊装到托盘上。

(2) 组成:洗衣机由机体、储液罐、输送装置、清洗漂洗系统、清洗漂洗液过滤系统、清洗漂洗系统组成。液体加热温度控制系统、压缩空气干燥系统、雾气冷凝系统、气动控制系统、电气控制系统、集中润滑系统等组成。

1、本体与储液罐:钢焊接框架结构,内层不锈钢板,外扣板。其中,储液罐中间采用硅酸铝棉作为保温层。体内与水接触的部分均采用不锈钢制造。压缩空气干燥室和热风干燥室为双层,内衬硅酸铝棉保温材料。储液罐上设置液位计,液位低时切断电加热和水泵,并发出报警。
1. Body and liquid tank: steel welded frame structure, inner stainless steel plate, outer gusset plate. Among them, aluminum silicate wool is used as the insulation layer in the middle of the liquid storage tank. The parts in contact with water inside the body are made of stainless steel. 2、输送装置:由减速电机、齿条和小齿轮、送料架、棘爪、支撑滚道等组成,减速电机上的齿轮与送料架上的齿条啮合,使送料架上的棘爪推动托盘(工件)单向进给,实现逐级进给。输送平稳,步距准确。进料架由钢材制成并镀锌。
2. Conveying device: It is composed of a reducer motor, a rack and pinion, a feeding frame, a pawl, a supporting raceway, etc. The gear on the reducer motor engages with the rack on the feeding frame, so that the pawl on the feeding frame pushes the pallet (workpiece) to feed in a one-way way, realizing progressive feeding. The conveying is stable and the step distance is accurate. The feeding frame is made of high-quality steel and galvanized.
3、清洗冲洗系统:由泵组、输液管路、喷嘴等部件组成压力清洗和冲洗系统,主要由表面旋转清洗喷嘴、底部移动扫描喷嘴和腔内清洗伸缩探头组成。
3. Cleaning and flushing system: the pressure cleaning and flushing system is composed of pump unit, infusion pipeline, nozzle and other components, mainly composed of surface rotating cleaning nozzle, bottom moving scanning nozzle and cavity cleaning telescopic probe.
(1)环形升降喷嘴:气缸带动环形喷嘴上下移动,对工件的前后左右、顶部进行扫描清洗,覆盖面大,清洗质量高。设定清洗时间后,环形喷嘴正好停在工件上方,使输送的工件顺利通过。
