超声波清洗器是利用超声波在液体中的&濒诲辩耻辞;空化效应&谤诲辩耻辞;达到清洗和脱气目的。

超声波清洗器发出高频震荡信号,通过换能器转换成高频机械震荡,使之在清洗液中散播,使液体流动而产生数以万计的微小气泡,这些气泡在超声波传播过程中所形成的负压区成型、生长,在正压区迅速闭合。这些非稳态的微小气泡在声场的作用下每秒完成数万次压缩、扩张的物理过程,可产生超过1000个大气压的瞬间高压,像一连串爆炸,不断冲击物体表面及缝隙中,从而达到清洗的效果。超声波在液体中还能起到加速溶解和乳化作用,达到脱气目的。
